RESOLUTION NO. 64..9

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION
2; BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
3 State of California, that the hereinafter described County road be declared a
4 yield right of way intersection, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
instructed to have legal "YIELD" signs erected at the necessary entrances
thereto.
7 1. Southbound traffic on Oroville-Concow Road shall yield right
8 of way to eastbound traffic on Nelson Bar Road.
9': All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resulutions
10; in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

12:'` PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
13 . State of California, this 11th day of February , 1964,
14 by the following vote:
15 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
16 NOES; None
