2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE uF CALIFORNIA
4 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF BUILDING
PERMIT AND SETTING FEE TO COVER COST THEREOF

6 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 61-102, duly adopted by the
7 Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 11th day of
8 December, 1961, the General Engineering Division of the Depart-
9 ment of Public Works of the County of Butte, hereinafter referred
10 to as the "Building Department," was selected as the agency to
11 enforce all statutes, ordinances, regulations and other rules
12 pertaining to the erection of structures in the County of Butte;
13 and
14 WHEREAS, said resolution adopted a fee schedule; and
15 WHEREAS, a question has since arisen as to whether or
16 not a building permit, once issued, may be transferred;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
18 visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
19 1. That the Building Department of the County of Butte
20 is hereby authorized in its discretion after a proper showing of
21 facts, to transfer a building permit from the original permittee
22 to another person.
23 2. That a fee of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) is hereby
24 established as the charge to be made on each such transfer to
25 cover the cost thereof.
26 The foregoing Resolution was adopted and passed this
27 11th day of February, 1964, on roll call by the following vote:
28 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
29 NOES: None
30 ABSENT: Supervisors Alldredge and Pryde
31 NOT VOTING: None
