HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-017 11 RESOLUTION NO. 64-17 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING NAMES OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention to Change Names of certain County Highways situate in Butte County, California, which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 3rd day of March, 1964; and WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated Tuesday, the 24th day of March, 1964 at 11:00 A.M. of said day, in the Supervisors Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place of hearing thereof; and WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and upon said hearing the Board considered the proposal to change the names of certain County Highways and heard any and all objections thereto, and said Board finds that the proposed change of names of County Highways are in the best interest of the County; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: That the names of the following County Highways situated in Butte County, California, be changed as follows: Present Name New Name White Rock Road Long Bar Road V-5 Road Oak Knoll Way PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 24th day of March, 1964, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge I. � y 0 �' - I /ACK McKILLOP, Chairm-n ATTEST: JESSIE ROGERS, County Clerk and ex-officio clerk of the Board of Supervisors By (1A.
