5 In the Matter of the Sale of Tax Deeded Property by the County Tax Collector
6 Pursuant to a notice of intention to sell at public auction certain
7 tax deeded properties and request for approval thereof filed with this Board
8 of Supervisors by the Tax Collector of Butte County, March 26, 1964, it is
9. resolved that approval be and it is hereby granted for said sale as set forth in
10 the said notice and the said Tax Collector is hereby directed to sell the propert,
11 as provided by law for a sum not less than the minimum price set forth in this
12 resolution.
131 The parcel or parcels of property that are the subject of this resolu ion
14 are deeded to the State of California for delinquent taxes and are situated
15 in the County of Bute , State of California, being more particularly described
16 as follows:

19 Deeded to State July 1, 1963, Deed no. 1
