2 BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the
3 of the County of Butte, State of California, be and he is hereby
4 authorized and directed to execute a Disclaimer in the form at-
5 tached hereto, in that certain proceeding entitled "United States

6 of America, Plaintiff, v. 12.93 acres of land, more or less,
7 situate in Sutter, Butte, Yuba and Placer Counties, State of
8 California, HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF C. L. CROWDER, DECEASED, et al.,
