RINGELe R.C.E,, TO PERFORM ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE AND 5 AGREEING TO CHARGES FOR HIS SERVICES AND TO TIME FOR PAY- ING FOR SERVICES 6 17 WHEREAS, EUGENE A. RINGEL, R.C.E., has this day presented 8 a written offer to this Board to do certain engineering work for 9 a proposed Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District in this County 10 and his said written offer is contained solely in the document 11 attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A"; and 12 WHEREAS, both the County Surveyor-Director of Public Works 13 and the County Counsel have examined said offer and each of them 14 has recommended that this Board accept the same; and 15 WHEREAS, this Board has examined said offer and is now 16 fully advised in respect thereto; 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors 18 of the County of Butte, State of California, that the offer of 19 EUGENE A.
