BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY ~F BUTTE, 'STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORI~R ADOPTING NAME OF COUNTY HIGHWAY IN BUTTE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
t~i~+RE+AS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, hereto-
fore passed a Resolution of Intention to Adopt Name of certain County
Highway situate in Butte County, California, which said Resolution
of Intention was dated the 24th day of March, 1964; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated Tuesday, the
14th day of April, 1964 at 11:00 A,M, of said day, in the Supervisors
Room in the Butte Go~.uity Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street in
the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place of
hearing thereof; and
AREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and upon
said hearing the Board considered the proposal to adopt a name for
certain County Highway and heard any and all objections thereto, and
said Board finds that the proposed adoption of name of County Highway
is in the best interest of the County;
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
That the name for the following County Highway situated North
from Vallombrosa Avenue extending to Sierra Vista Way, in Butte County,
California, be adopted as follows:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte., State of California, this 14th day of April, 1964, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
