BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A COUNTY
HIGHWAY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of
Butte, Staff of California, as follows:
1. That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, to change the name of a
county highway, as follows, to wit:
PRESENT NAME LOCATSON NEIL NAME
V-F Road Southeast of Oroville .-
12 Seacrest Drive
13 2. That the hearing of this Resolution of Intention to
14 change the name of a County Highway, as above described, will be
15 held on Tuesday, the 12th, day of May, 1964, at 11:00 A.M. of said
16 day, in the Supervisors Room of the Butte County Courthouse,
17 fronting on Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, State of
18 California.
19 3. That a copy of this Resolution of Intention shall be
20 posted in at least three (3) public places along the county high-
21 way proposed to be affected; such posting to be completed at least
22' ten (10) days before the day set for the hearing, in accordance
23 with Section 970.5 of Streets and Highways Code of the State of
24 California.
25 4. At the time set for the hearing, or at any time to which
26 the hearing shall be coati ~cl, the Board of Supe rvisors shall
27 herein consider pro sals to adopt the names for, or change the
28 names of, the c my highways hereinabove described, and any
29 objections to such proposal.
30 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County
