COUNTY OF BUTTE, .STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEED TO CORRECT
ERROR IN DESCRIPTION (Government Code,
Section 25209)
WHEREAS in 1938, MARGARET Ee CLEMO deeded certain property
for road purposes to the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS said road was constructed pursuant to plans; and ~'
~I-IEREAS the description of the property received from
P~GARET E. CLEMO is erroneous, and it interfere with the peace-
f„-! use and enjoyment of the property owned by JOHN S. TRACY and
KATHRYN M. TRACY, his wife; and
WHEREAS this Board desires to correct the clerical error,
N(}W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS that a Quit Claim Deed to correct an error in description
of real property conveyed to the County by MARGARET E. CLEMO, be
executed, and the Chairman is hereby autharized to sign said Quit
Claim .Deed to correct the error in the description, all pursuant
to Section 25209 of the Government Code of the State of Califorr~ a
PASSED ADiD A730PTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 5th. day of May, 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
