RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING THE NAME OF ~ COUNTY

Wt3EREAS the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention To Change the Name of

a Certain County Highway, situate in Butte County, California,
which said Resolution of Intention was dated the ~ ~~day of
April, 1954; and
~THEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated the 12th
day of May, 1964, at 11:00 A.M. of said day, in the Superv.i:sors'
Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street,
in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and
place of hearing thereof; and
~iHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and
upon said hearing the Board considered the proposal to change the
name of a certain County Highway; as stated in the Resolution of
Intention to change the name of a certain County Highway and
heard any and all objections thereto, and said Board finds, that
said proposed change of name of said County Highway is in the best
interest of the County,
NOTi~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
That the name of the following County Highway, situate in
Butte County, California, be changed as follows:

V-F Road 'Seacrest Drive
1 + PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOAR1~ OF SUPERVISORS of the
