3 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH COURT REPORTERS AND AUTHORIZING
~ CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO SIGN SAID CONTRACT

s WHEREAS, the County of Butte requires the services of duly
7 qualified Court Reporters; and
g WHEREAS, DONALD A.. DUENSING and GEORGE B. BAKKE have been
9 appointed Official Court Reporters of the County of Butte; and
lp' WHEREAS, JOHN H. MILLER has been appointed Pro Tem Official.
11 Court Reporter of the County of Butte,
12 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
13 OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
l~k: 1. That the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State
15 of California, approve said contract with DONALD A. DUENSING,
~.s GEORGE B. BAKKE and JOHN H. MILLER,
17 2. That the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the
18 County of Butte is hereby authorized to sign said contract.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
20 County of Butte, State of California, this 12th day of May,
21 1964, by the following vote:
22 AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
23 NOES: None
