RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUIS-
ITION OF RIGHT OF WAY IN THE VICINITY OF COHASSET ROAD

WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement has been drafted setting
forth the various covenants and conditions to be kept and performe
by the County and the State to accomplish the acquisition of a
certain parcel of right of way; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
has heard read said Cooperative Agreement in full and is familiar
with the contents. thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of th
County of Butte that said Cooperative .Agreement is hereby approved
and Chairman, JACK McKILLOP, is directed to sign the same in be-
half of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of Califonria, this 19 day of May, 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Alldredge
