2 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY REGARDING
PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR

~ WeiEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
6 State of California, has determined there is a need for establish-
q ing a definite policy regarding the publication and notice of
8 applications for use permits and variances,
g NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
10 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, `STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
11: to Publication in. newspapers of general circulation of
12 all applications for use permits and variances specifying the date
13 and place of hearing, the location of the subject property and
1~ specific use or variance sought.
15 2. That a copy of the above notice be posted in a prominen#
~ppb~e.zm-t
16 place on the subject property by
17 3. Postcard notices be mailed to all property owners
18 within a three hundred foot (300') radius of the subject property,
19 indicating date and place of hearing, location of property and
20 nature of application.

22 County of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of 3une, 1964,
