RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BRIDGE ACROSS SPENCE LATERAL ON EfTANS-RE]MER ROAD
INTO.COUNTY MAINTAINF~ ROAD SYSTEM

WAS, the construction of the bridge across Spence Lateral on
Evans-Reimer Road has been completed by the Biggs West Gridley Water District
all in accordance with the plans and specifications specified as F:x~hibit "A*'
of Agreement, dated November 19, 1963, between County of Butte and Biggs-
West Gridley Water District; and
', WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County of Butte to accept said
bridge into its maintained road system:
NOW, TFIER.EFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that said bridge be accepted into
County maintained road system.
PASSID AND ADOP'T'ED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 23rd day
of June ,1g64, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors r111dredge, Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKill.op
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
