BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE LEASE
W?-iEREAS, the City of Gridley desires to enter the County
free library system; and
'WIiEREAS the City of Gridley has offered the lease of the
library building and facilities for said purpose,
NOG1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, that the said Lease be accepted and the
Chairman authorized to execute the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVIS~3RS of::the
