HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-0671 2 3 4 5 s 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 '21 22 23 24 25 28 27 28 '' 29 '~- RESOLUTION N0, 646 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ~~~~_ COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING NAMES OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS IN BUTTE COUNTY CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention To Change The Names of County Highways, situate in Butte County, California, which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 9th day of June, 1964; and "WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated Tuesday, the 30th day of June, 1964, at 11:00 A,M, of said day, in the Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse, fronting on Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place of hearing thereof; and "WfiEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and upon said hearing the Board considered the proposal to change the names of certain County Highways as stated in the Resolution of Intention to change names of certain County Highways and heard any and all objections thereto, and said Board finds, that said proposed changes of names of County Highways are in the best interest of the County, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the BOARD OF SUPERV!ISQ3.ZS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,. as follows: That the names of the following County Highways situated in Butte County, Californian be changed as follows: PRESENT NAME NEW NAME Honcut=Wyandotte Road Dunstone Drive 30 First Avenue Pierce Road 31 Second Avenue South Miller Avenue 32 Third Avenue Stevens Avenue. 11 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 I2 13 14 15 1B 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, State of California, this 30th day of June, 1964, by the following vote: AYES; Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Pryde, S~einegger and Chairman McKillop NOES: None i ABSENT: None ATTEST: JESSIE ROGERS, County Cl'er)s and ex-officio Clerk of the Board of supervisors Deputy J Mc LOP , C a,' rman o t o rd of Supervisors -2-
