BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING SALE AND A~(JTHORT-
ZING DEED
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 30th day of June, 1964,
the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, State of
California, duly adopted and passed Resolution No. 64-
entitled RESOLUTION OF ABANDONMENT OF BUTTE COUNTY HIGHWAY,
DETERMTNATION OF VALUE TO BE T.ESS THAN $75.00, AND DIRECTING
PRIVATE SALE WITHOUT .ADVERTISING (Sections 956.8 and 958, Streets
and Highways. Code, and Section 25362 of the Government Code); and
WHEREAS, said Resolution further authorized the real
property described therein to be sold by the Chairman of this
Board and the Purchasing Agent of the County of Butte, at private
sale, without advertising, saa.d sale to be reported and confirmed
by said BOARD OF ;SUPERVISORS; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent of the County of Butte
has a purchaser for said real property for the sum of $10.00,
cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, ST.PATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the sale of the real property described in
said Resolution No. 64-70 , for the sum of $10.00, to L.Aa
GARROW, et ux, is hereby confirmed.
2, The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to
sign a Quit Claim Deed of even date herewith to said real
property, and that the Clerk of this Board is authorized to
deliver the same to L<A. GARROW, et ux.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 6th day of July
196-.
