RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT REGARDING A STORM DRAINAGE
SYSTEM AND PAVEMENT WIDENING OF EXISTING STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 3
WITHIN THE SHASTA UNION DRAINAGE DISTRICT...;;..
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement has been draf ted setting
forth the various rights and obligations of the County and the
State to accomplish said work of the storm drainage system and
paving, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
has heard read said Cooperative Agreement in fu11 and is fam~.liar
with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be ~.t resolved by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte that said Caoperative Agreement is hereby
approved and Supervisor McRillop is directed
to sign same in behalf of the County of Butte.
