RESOLUTION N0. 6~-~~
A RESOLUTION OF INTEN`T'ION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND . MODIFICATIONS
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that the public interest, convenience and

necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Board
to make changes and modifications in the work to be performed
and in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 63-67 adopted by this Board on June 18, 1863 by making
the following changes and modifications:
1. Construct two (2) concrete valley gutters at
the intersections of Rosewood Drive with Magnolia Drive
and Pineview Drive Cost X650.00.
2. Adjustin grades on Magnolia Drive and Pineview
Drive: Cost ~879•~3.
The Engineer of Work is directed to make the changes in
his estimate of cost. For a fuller description of the changes
to be made reference is hereby made to maps, plats, plans,
profiles, detailed drawings and specifications on file in the
office of the County Clerk which indicate the changes proposed
to be made for all details thereof.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tuesday, the 4th day of
August , 196, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A. .M.
in the regular meeting place of said Board, Supervisors Chambers,
Court House, Oroville, California, are hereby fixed as the
time and place when and where said Board will consider the
matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all
protests and persons interested therein.
The County Clerk of said County shall cause a copy of
this resolution to be published once in the Paradise Post, a
newspaper of general circulation published in said County and
the paper in oahieh the Resolution of Intention was published,
said publication to be at least ten days before said day of
hearing.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, California, on this 21se day of July~~ ,
