BOARD OF 5UPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING E.XPENATI'URES FOR FINAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1964-1965
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, has heretofore set the time aid place for hearing and fixing
the final budget as on Tuesday, the 21st o~ July, 1964, in the Board of
5upervisors~ room in the Butte County Court House, Oroville, California;
and
WHEREAS, said hearing was continued from day to day and concluded on
the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed in writing
and filed with said Board before the close of said budget hearings were
considered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RFMSOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the appropriations now contained
in the preliminary budget as revised by the Board at the public hearing
are hereby declared adopted and the various appropriations therein specified
are as follows:
(a) Appropriations for expenditures:
1. Salaries anal employee benefits ~ 4.555.556.00
2. Services and supplies $ 3.1.,560,350.00
3. Other charges $ 175,000.00
4. Fixed assets:
A. Land ~ 30,000.00
B. Structures and improvements are as
specifically set forth in the budget
as finally determined by the Board
of Supervisors which is adopted by
reference herein and made apart
hereof
C. Equipment
5. Expenditure transfers and reimbursements
Total appropriations for expenditures

That said aforementioned appropriations are hereby finally determined
and adopted and ordered filed in the office of said Board. The foregoing
resolution was introduced by Supervisor Hyde , who moved its adoption,
seconded by Supervisor ALl.dredge , and said R®solution was passed this
28th day of July, 1964, on roll call by the follotring votes:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles and Pryde
NOES: Chairman McKillop and Supervisor Steinegger
ABSENT: None
