RESOLUTION NO. ~~
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that the public interest, convenience and
necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Board
to make changes and modifications in the work to be performed
and in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 63-67 adopted by this Board on June 18, 1963 by making
the following changes and modifications:
1. Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 12" - 353 lineal feet
at $6.00 per lin. ft.; Cost $x,118.00.
2. Drop Inlets - Type B, 2 each at $300.00 each;
Cost $6010.00.
3. Precast Concrete Manholes, 2 each at $400.00 each;
Cost $800.00.
4, Sacked Concrete I2ip-Rap, 6 cubic yards at $40,00
per cubic yard; Cost $240.00
5. Earthwork, 1257 cubic yards at $0.70 per cubic
yard; Cost $879.90.
6. Relocate asphalt concrete dike; No Charge.
The Engineer of Work is directed to make the changes in
his estimate of cost. For a fuller description of the changes
to be made reference is hereby made to maps, plats, plans,
profiles, detailed drawings and specifications on file in the
office of the County Clerk which indicate the ohanges proposed
to be made for all details thereof.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tuesday, the ~~ day of

in the regular meeting place of said Board, Supervisors Chambers,
Court House, Oroville, Galifornia, are hereby fixed as the time
and place when and where said Hoard will consider the matter
of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests
and persons interested therein.
The County Clerk of said County shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be published once in the Paradise Post, a
newspaper of general circulation published in said County and
the paper in which the Resolution of Intention was published,
said publication to be at least ten days before said day of
hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTER by the Hoard of Supervisors of the
