IT IS HEREBY RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is herebg authorized
and directed to execute Right-of~Tay Certification No. 2, dated August 18, 19b4,
in the name of the County of Butte.
PASSID AND ADOPTID by the Boarri of Supervisors of the Coux-ty of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 18th day
