A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT NO. I,
RESOLVID, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 64-79 of this Board
ordering same, adopted on August 4, 1964, notice has been duly
given of the intention of this Board to change and modify the
proceedings under Resolution of Intention ~To. 63-67 adopted on
June 18, 1963: and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes
and modifications were fully heard and considered by this Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND AND ORDERED that:
1. No written objections to said changes have been de-
livered to the Clerk up to the hour set for hearing thereon,
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more
particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No.
64-79 adopted on August 4, 1964.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, California, on this ~ day of August, 1964,
by the following vote:
AXES, Supervisors: Alldredge, Giles, P~yde, Steinegger and
Chairman McKillop
NOES, Supervisors: None
ABSENT, Supervisors: None
