i,TID;REAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, at its
regular meeting of August 11, 1964, adopted Resalutian No. 64-81 authorizing
application to lease Government Land for a radio transmitter site - Forbestown
Area; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend said lease
application;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of County of Butte, State
of California, that the amended application is approved and that the Department
of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to forward copies of this
resolution along with amended lease application on Government Tand in Section 10,
T19N, RbE, for use as a Radio Transmitter Site, in the name of the County of
Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Therefore, under the Act of Congress approvmd I~Iarah 4, 1911, as am~tded, the
Counter of Butte proposes to construct, install and me.intain a radio tranemittsr
on said parcel one.
The applirsant will. aampiy with all terns and conditions under Section X34.1-SEC)
of 43 C1PR tP'armer]~y Sec. ?44.9) as requested in hour August 20th letter.
The areas embx~ced s~ithin the 1i.mits requested under this application have not
been utiliz~l prior to the fi33.ng of this an-ended app~.icatian.

xiros which wi11 support the radio transmitter antenna, and is allabrod under

In addition to Parcel #l, we have designated a 40 foot road right aP way on said
map as Parcel #2. This right of way is neceaaaxy for access to the 3.672 acre
pcl. (Pol. #1); consider this as formal rec}ueat for this road right of way.

lease application {Ser. # Sacramento 078794) along with Resolution approving the
amended application.
Copies of our license granted by the Federal Comatunications Commisaian to operate
a radio transmitter were forwarded with our original application.
