H[TGH, the Grantor named therein, to the County of Butte, State of California, conveying that certain real property situated in the County of Butte, State of California, more partic-- ular~y described as follows, to wit: A permanent easement for drainage purposes, over, through and across that portion of the north half of the northeast quarter (N z of NE ~) of Section 15, T 19 N, R 4 E, M.D.M., said easement being described as Follows: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Glen Drive, a county road, as said road existed on May 16, 1945, from which point the northeast corner of said Section 15 bears N 05°44'35" W along the centerline of said Glen Drive 335.00-feet and S 89°49'41+x1 E '283.93 feet; THENCE from; said point' of beginning N 05°1,1F.~35" W, along the centerline of said Glen Drive,"163.00 feet; thence leaving said centerline N 84°15'25" E 90.00 feet; thence S 05°2652" W 283.39 feet,• thence S 84°15'25" W 35.00 feet to the centerline of said Glen Drive; thence N 05°44'35" W, along said centerline ll5.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.40 acre, more or less.
