In the Matter of the Sale of Tax Deeded
Property by the County Tax Collector
Pursuant to a notice of intention to sell at public aeactioza certain tax deeded prop-
erties and regz~.est for approval thereof filed with this Board of Supervisors by the Tax
Collector of Butte Cozmty, -_ September. 15 ~ 19..6~*., it is resolved that approval be and
it is hereby granted for said sale as set forth in the said notice and the said Tax Col-
lector is hereby directed to sell the property as provided bylaw for a sum not less than
the mizaimum price set forth in this resolution.
The parcel or parcels of property that are the subject of this resolution are deeded
to the State of California for delinquent taxes and are situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, being more particularly described as follows:

shall not be less than the cost of advertising except as provided
in Sec. 3703.
