Pursuant to a ~zotice of intention to sell a,t public auctio~z certain tax deeded prop-
erties and request for approval thereof filed with this Board of Supervisors by the Tax
Collector of Butte County; ._ September_ 15 ~ yg-_64__~ it is resolved that approval be and
it tis hereby granted for said sale as set forth in the said notice and the said Tax Col-
lector is hereby directed to sell the property as provided by law for a szcm not less thane
the mi~zimum price set forth in this resolution.
