BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNLA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AGRICULTURAL COi~3MIS~IONER
WHEREAS, the period of appointment of Agricultural
Commissioner for the County of Butte expires September 1, 1964;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to re-appoint
DONALD Jo BLACK to the position of Agricultural Commissioner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OE' SUPERVISORS
OF THE CUUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLL0~7S:
1. That DONALD Jo BLACK is hereby appointed as County
Agricultural Commissioner, and that the appointment be effective
and his term of office to commence as of the lst day of
:September, 1964.
2, That his compensation shall be that of Range 36, as
provided in Butte Coun~~y Ordinance No. ~~,3 , and that he shall be
appointed to commence at step 3 of said range, upon effective
date of said Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at any time a general increase
or benefits are granted to all County employees as a group, the
said salary classification shall be reviewed and reconsidered.
F1~SSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors on the 22nd
day of September, 1864, by the following vote:
AYES: Sugervisors Alldredge, Giles, Steinegger and Chairman McRillop
NOES: Supervisor Pryde
ABSENT: None
