2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
'3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
4 RESULUTION ESTABLISHING UNIFCi~2N1 ALLQWANCE FOR SIiERIFF'S RESERVE
5
6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
7 of Butte, State of California, as follows:
8 That members of the Sheriffs uniformed reserve receive
9 a uniform allowance in the amount of $5n00 per month, to be paid
10 quarterly, upon the following conditions:
11 Io That the reserve member, to qualify, must:.
12 (1) Possess a regulation uniform;
13 (`L) Have served a six months probationary period;
14 (3) Have performed the required amount of on-duty
15 hours; and
16 C4) Maintain a passing grade in the in~-service trainin
'17 program,
18 II. That a statement attesting to certification of the
19 above by the Reserve Coordinator be submitted to the Sheriff,
20 and ghat a regular County claim be filled out and forwarded to
'21 the County Auditor quarterlyb
22 PA'S'SED AND ADUPTED by the BOARD OF SiJPERVISORS of the
23 County of Butte, State of California, this 22nd day of September,
24 1964, by the following vote:
25 AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman McKillop

27 ABSENT : None
