3 RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE BY THE COUNTY OF YUBA FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES
~ PUR5UI~NT TO SECTION 977, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA

g WHEREAS the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Yuba,:
7 State of Californian have requested consent from the BOARD OF
8 SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte to acquire rights of way on
9 those portions of the Clipper»Bean Road* a portion of real
'10 property within the County of Buttes but not within the Butte
11 County road systems for the purposes of bringing that property
12 into the Yuba County road system; and
13 WHEREAS, it has been determined by the BOARD OF S[PERVISORS
14 of the County of Butte that such acquisition would be in the
'15 best interests of the residents of that area,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF 'SUPERVISORS
17 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
lg That by this Resolution the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
lg Gounty of Butte express their consent to the acquisition of
20 rights of way on those portions of the Clipper-Bean Road in Butte
21 County and not a part of the Butte County road system, by the
22 .County of Yuba for the purpose of bringing that road into the
23 Yuba County road system,

2g following vote:
