BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING NAME OF COUNTY HIGHWAY
IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention To Change The Name
of a County Highway, situate in Butte County, California., which
said Resolution of Intention was dated the 22nd day of September,
1964; and
"WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated Tuesday,
the 13th day of October_~ 1964.E at 11100 A,M, of said day, in the i
Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse, fronting on
Huntoon Streety~ in the City of Oroville, State of California. as
the time and place of hearing thereof; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held; and
upon said hearing the Board considered the proposal to change
the name of a certain County Highway as stated in the Resolution
of Intention to Change the Name of a County Highway and heard
any and all objections thereto;, and said Board finds that said
proposed change of name of a County Highway is in the best
interest of the County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, 'STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
follows:
That the name of the following County Highway:$ situated
in Butte county, Californian be changed as follows:

Erin Way Brook Way
Located in Shadybrook
Subdivision Nao 2,
Paradise, California
