4 - RESOLUTION AND ORDER CHANGING NAMES OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS
TN BUTTE COUNTY CALIFORNIA

6 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
7 heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention To Change The Name
8 of a County Highway, situate in Butte County, California, which
9 said Resolution of Intention was dated the 6th day of October,
!10 1964; and
11 WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated Tuesday,
12 the 27th day of October, 1964, at 11:00 A.M, of said day, in the
'13 Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse, fronting on
14 Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, .State of California, as
X5 the time and place of hearing thereof; and
16 WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and
17 upon said hearing the Board considered the proposal to change
18 the name of a certain County Highway as stated in the Resolution
19 of Intention To Change The Name of A Certain County Highway and
20 heard any and all objections thereto, and said Board finds, that
21 said proposed change of name of County Highway is in the best
22 interest of the County,
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the BOARD
24 OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
25 follows:
26 That the name of the following County Highway, situated
!27 in Butte County, California, be changed as follows:
28 PRESENT NAME i~EW NAME
29 Highway 99 E (north of Chico) The Esplanade

31 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD DF SUPERVISORS of the
32 County of Butte, Stye of California, t'~is 27th day of October,.
