RESOLUTION N0. 64-129
ESTABLISHING GENER~P1IEVg1ZING
PER DIEM VPAGE RATES
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OI' THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA:
That this Board finds and determines respecting the work
and improvements for Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District
that for each craft, classification, or type of workman that can
be employed to do said work and construct said improvements, the
general prevailing rates of per diem wages and the general prevailing
rates for overtime and legal holiday are the same as shown in
Exhibit A attached hereto and said Exhibit is hereby incorporated
herein by reference as if fully set forth herein, and the Clerk
shall notify all bidders hereof in the call for bids on said work
and improvements by referring to this Resolution or otherwise
advising all bidders of said general prevailing rates.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 10th DAY OF November ~ 1964 by
the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Giles,~:Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: SUPERVISORS None
ABSENT: SUPERVISORS None
PASS: Supervisor Alldredge
