APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The County Surveyor-Director of Public ~Porks having
this day presented to this Board certain contract documents
hereinafter named respecting the work and improvements and
acquisitions for Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District and
this Board being advised in respect thereto by the County Counsel,
NOW THEREFORE
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
That the C:ax~.tract Documents named below be and the same
are hereby approved and that documents of that form sha11 be used
in respect to the work and improvements and acquisitions for
Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District, viz:
Notice To Contractors
Proposal
General Provisions and Specifications Sections 1 - 1O, inclusive
Contract
Contract Bond
Labor and Material Bond
That the documents above named shall be used together with
the plans and specifications for said work, improvements and
aequisitians that this Board approved on August 11, 1964 by
Resolution No. 64-84.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD 0~' SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 10th DAy OF November
1964, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
NOES: SUPERVISORS None
ASSENT: SUPERVISORS None
