DIRECTIVE CLERK ~TO ADVERTISE-FOR BIDS
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TlIE COUNTY OF BUTTE:
That the Clerk of this Board shall in the manner provided
in the Improvement Act of 1911 advertise for bids to be presented
to this Board at 11:00 otcloek A.M. on December 8, 1964 respecting
the work and improvements and acquisitions for Shasta Union
Drainage Assessment District described in this Board's
resolutions, to wit:
Resolution No. 64--86 Resolution of Intention
adopted August 11, 1964
Resolution No. 64-115 Resolution Ordering Work
adopted September 22, 1964.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA THIS loth DAY OF November ,
1964, by the following vote:
