PROPERTY DINED BY THE COUNTY OF BUTTE OF A VALUE
5 LESS THAN $75.00 AND DIRECTING PRIVATE SALE tiTITH-

7 Tn1Y3EREAS, the County of Butte is in the process of condemny
8 ing, for a public purpose, a portion of land owned by the HOUSING
9 AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE; and
10 TdHEREAS, on said land certain structures exist; and
11 ~I-IEREAS, it has been presented to this Board that the value '
12 of said structures on said land is less than $75,00,
'13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISSURS
14 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A5 FOLLOWS:
15 1, _That this Board finds, and it is the unanimous judgment
16 of the Board, that said structures on said property do not
17 exceed in value the sum of $750000
18 2, That said structures may be sold by the Chairman of this
19 Board and the Purchasing Agent of the County of Butte at private
'20 sale without advertising,
21 3, That the Chairman of this Board, in conjunction with
22 the Purchasing Agent, is hereby instructed to negotiate the
23 private sale of said structures on such terms and conditions as
24 may be prescribed by said Chairman and Purchasing Agent, and
25 that said sale shall be reported and confirmed by this Board of
26 Supervisors.
'27 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
28 Co•.~nty of Butte, State of California, this 10th day of November,
29 1.964, by the following vote:
