BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SER'V'ICE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3
of-.the Government Code of .the State of California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a county service area .within the County of Butte<
NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved:
1, That a county service area is .proposed to be established
..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
of .Butte County; .the boundary .lines of the .territories proposed .for
-inclusion in the area .are more particularly .described in Exhibit '1A~~
:.attached hereto and made apart hereof by reference as though fully
set forth verbatim and at length,

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lindo Manor Subdivision Unit No. l; as
shown on that certain map entitled Lindc Manor Subdivision Unit No. 1 filed for record
in Book 17 of Maps, page 21 of Butte County Official Records; thence easterly along the
northerly boundary of said subdivision to its intersection with the easterly line of
Hacienda Oaks Subdivision Unit No. 1; as shown on that certain map entitled Hacienda
Oaks Subdivision Unit No. 1, filed for record in Book 24 of Maps, pages 9 and 10 of
Butte County Official Records; thence northerly along said easterly line to the most
northeasterly corner of said Hacienda Oak Subdivision Unit No. 1; thence southwesterly
along the northerly line of said subdivision and its extension to its intersection with
the westerly right of way line of the Sacramento Northern Railroad; thence southwesterly
along said right of way line to its intersection with the northerly right of way line
of State Highway 99 '{Freeway); thence southeasterly along said right of way line to
State Highway 99 (Freeway D2 line station 97 + 53.35, said station being 95.12 feet
to the right of said D2 line; thence S 55°55'17" E '630.26 feet; thence N 20°21'42" E
337.08 feet; thence easterly across state highway 99 (Freeway) to a point on the easterly
right of way of said highway, said point being 615.37 feet to the right of said D2 line
station 90 + 36.89; thence S 18°25'41" E 374.21 feet; thence N 88°S 7'30" E 52.04 feet;
