HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-140~d / RESOLUTION NO , d~~1 +~~ L5 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Government Code of .the State of California, the Board of Supervisors of Butte County .have instituted proceedings for the establishment of a county .service area within the County of Butte< NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved: 1. That a county .service .area is .proposed to be established ..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of .Butte County; the boundary lines of the ..territories proposed for _inclusion in the area are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a.par.t hereof by reference as .though fully set forth .verbatim and at length. 2e That the :name proposed for said county service .area is County Service .Area No.~. 3, That the types of extended county services already provided in this .area is street lighting.. 4. That the types of extended .county services .pro-posed to be..provid.ed in this .area is street lighting< S . That . a .tax suf.fici.ent to pay ..for .all such s.erv.i ces which are .furnished .on an .extended .basis will be .annually levied upon .all taxable property within such_.areae 6.
