COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
,_ WHEREAS, pursuant .to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, .Chapter 3
of_the Government Code of .the State of California,.th.e Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a county service area within the County of Buttes
NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved:
1. That a_county service area is .proposed to be .established
..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
of .Butte County; the boundary .lines of the .territories proposed .for
inclusion in .the .area .are .more particularly descri.bed.in Exhibit "A"
,.attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as though fully
set forth .verbatim and at length,.

Esplanade with the southerly. Line of Lindo Avenue, said point being also the north-
westerly corner of Lot I, Block I, as shown on that certain map of the Bidwell 14th
Subdivision, which map was recorded in Book 8, at page 12 and 13, Butte County Official
Reaords; thence easterly along said southerly line of Lindo Avenue to southwesterly right
of way line of the State 99E Freeway; thence southeasterly along said southwesterly right
of way line of the State 99E Freeway to the dividing line between Lots 19 and 18, Bidwell
16th Subdivision, recorded in Book 6, at page 79, Butte County Official Reoords; thence-~
southwesterly along said dividing line between Lots 19 and 18 and the southwesterly pro-
longation of said dividing line to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of
Sheridan Avenue; thence continuing southwesterly along the dividing line between Lots 11
and 12 of said Bidwell 16th Subdivision to a point on the northeasterly right of way line

Sherman Avenue to a point on the northeasterly prolongation of the dividing-line between
