BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNTA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY .SERVICE ARFA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ti tie 3, Division 2, Part 2, .Chapter 3
of-.the Government Gode of the State of California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County .have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a county service area .within the County of Butte<
NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved:
1. That a county .service .area is proposed to be .established
. ..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in .the unincorporated area
of Butte County; the .boundary lines o.f the .territories proposed .for
inclusion in the area.ar.e.more particularly described_in Exhibit "A"
..attached hereto .and made apart hereof by .reference as though ..fully
set forth .verbatim and at length.
2e That the .name proposed for said .county service area is

in the office of said recorder in Map Book 17 at page 19; thence southerly and parallel to
the west line of said Faunce Subdivision, 400.0 feet; thence easterly 120.0 feet to the south-
west corner of Lot 6 of said Faunce Subdivision; thence N 88°24` E along the south line of
the said Faunce Subdivision 306.53 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 11 of said Faunce
Subdivision; thence northerly along the east lines of the Faunce Subdivision, Howes Addition
