BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3
of-.the Government Code of .the State of California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment .of a county service area .within the County of Butte.
NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved:
1. That a county service .area is .proposed to be established
..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
Qf Butte County; the boundary .lines of the .territories proposed .for
...inclusion in .the .area.are.more particularly described in Exhibit '"A"
..attached hereto and made a.par.t hereof by reference as .though fully
set forth .verbatim and at length,
2a That the :name proposed for said county service ,area is

3. That the types of extended .county .services already
provi-ded in this area is street_l.ighting... -
4. That the typ-es of extended county services.proposed
to be.provid.ed in this .area is street lighting.
5. That.a tax_suf.fici-ent to pay ..for all. such services
.which .are.furnished on .an extended .basis will be .annually levied
upon .all taxable .property within such .area.
6. That on_.December 29,..1.9.64, at 11:00 A.M., a public
hearing will .be held on ..the-establishment of said area,

easterly along said right of way line, and its extension northeasterly, to the northerly
