BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3
of-.the Government Code of .the State of California, th.e Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a county service area within the County of Butteo
NOW, .THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved:
L, That a_county service area is .proposed to be .established
..under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area
of .Butte County; .the-boundary .lines of the ..territories proposed .for
inclusion in the area .are .more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
..attached hereto and made a.par.t hereof by reference as though fully
set forth verbatim and at length,
2< That the :name proposed for said county service-area is

3, That the types of extended .county .services already
provided. in this .area is street.li.ghting..
4, That the types of. extended county .services proposed
to be.provid.ed in this .area is street lighting,
5. That a tax _suf.fici.ent to ..pay ..for all such services

upon.all.taxable property within su.ch_areae
