PESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that any and all protests against the assessment
and/or against the work done under Resolution of Intention No. 63-100,
adopted on the 13th day of August, 1963, be, and the same are hereby,
overruled and denied.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
re;ularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
California, at a regular meeting t'nereof, held on the 8th day of
December, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors McKillop, Alldredge, Pryde, Steinegger, G~.les
NOES: Supervisors
ABSENT: Supervisors
