RESOLUTION CONFII~'~INC ASSESSMENT IN COPLEY
ACRES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT BUTTE COUNTY CALIFOP.NIA
t~IEREAS, the Engineer of Worle of Copley Acres Assessment
District, Butte County, California, did on the 20th day of Novem-
ber, 1964, file with the County C1e~:Ic of the County of Butte an
assessment to represent the cost and expenses of the work and
improvement done and made by A. TEICHERT & SON, a corporation, pur-
suant to proceedings had and taken by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte under and pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 63-100 adopted on the 13th day of August, 1963; and
[a~:-iEREAS, the County Clerlc of said County of Butte has duly
given notice by publication, posting and mailing in the time and
manner provided by Iaw of the filing of said assessment and of the
time set for hearing thereon, which time was fixed in said notices
as the 8th day of December, 1964, at the meeting place of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California; and
T~?3EREAS, said Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
has received evidence oral and documentary concerning said assessment
and the proper completion of the work and improvement for which the
same is issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, California, that the said Assessment
and the Diagram and '(Tarrant attached thereto, the proceedings leading
up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers of
the County of Butte in relation thereto, be, and the same are hereby,
ratified and confirmed, and the Director of Public ~,,Torks of the County
of Butte is hereby oxdered to deliver said Warrant, Assessment and
Diagram to said A. TEICHERT & SON, a corporation, upon payment by
them of the incidental expenses provided by law.

I ~-IREBY CERTIFY tl-~at the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Beard of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 8th day of
December, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AWES: Supervisors McKillop~ Alldredge, Pryde, Steinegger, Giles
NGE~: Supervisors
