RESOLUTION N0. 64~i55.
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS
SIERRA. DEL ORO, UNIT N0. 1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that the public interest, convenience and
necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Board
to make changes and modifications in the work to be performed
and in proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 63-67 adopted by this Board on June 18, 19b3, by making
the following changes and modifications:
The acquisition of a twelve-foot easement
for drainage purposes as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by reference in-
corporated herein.
The Engineer of York is directed to make the changes in
his estimate of cost. For a fuller description of the changes
to be made reference is hereby made to maps, plats, plans,
profiles, detailed drati~rings and spec ifi,cations on file in the
office of the County Clerk ~~rhich indicate the changes proposed
to be made for all details thereof.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that `T`uesday, the 5th day of
,Tanuary , 196 5 , at the hour of 11:00 0 ~ clock A .M.
in the regular meeting place of said Board, Supervisors Chambers,
Court House, Oroville, California, are hereby fixed as the time
and place vrhen and vrhere said Board will consider the matter of
making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests
and persons interested therein.
The County Clerk of said County shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be published once in the Paradise Post, a neti~rspaper
of general circulation published in said County and the paper
in ti~ahich the Resolution of Intention 'w'as published, said publi-
cation to be at least ten days before said day of hearing.

of Butte, California, on this 15th. day of December , 7-964 ,

An easement for drainage purposes in the Southwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section l3, ~
Township 23 PTorth Range 3 East, M.D.B.& M., over a strip of land
12.00 feet in vridth, lying 6.00 feet on either side of a line
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of lot 146, as said lot
is shown on the map of Fir Haven Subdivision, filed in the office
of the Recorder of said Butte County in Map Book 27, at pages 8,
g and l0; thence along the West line of said lot, North 00° 42'
East, 30.00 feet to the North line of Rosewood Drive; thence along
said North line, South 8g° 55' S2" ti`Test, 223.09 feet to the true
point of beginning of the centerline of said easement; thence
from said true point of beginning, North 00° 42' East, 400 00
feet to the centerline of an existing natural drain.
