RESOLUTION NO. 64-156
RESOLUTION OF AWARD
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA:
That this Board on December 8, 1964, did in open
session publicly open, examine and declare all bids delivered
to the Clerk for the work and improvements for SHASTA UNION
DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT described in the following resolutions
of this Board:
Resolution No. 6486
Resolution of Intention
passed August 11, 1964
Resolution No. 64-118
Resolution Ordering Work
passed September 22, 1964
and this Board hereby refers to said resolutions for a
description of said work and improvements and the terms and
conditions under which the same are to be done.
That this Board hereby rejects all bids received for
said work and improvements except the bid of
BALDWIN CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC.
That this Board hereby finds and determines that
BALDWIN CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC.

made the lowest regular bid for said work and improvements and
that said corporation is the lowest responsible bidder for the
same.
That this Board hereby awards the contract for said
work and improvements to BALD'WIN CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC.
at the prices named in its bid.
That the Clerk of this Board is hereby directed to
publish a notice of this award twice in THE CHICO ENTERPRISE-
RECORD, a newspaper published and circulated in the County of
Butte, as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 15th DAY OF December
196 4 BY THE FOLLGNING VOTE:
