COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FUND ENTITLED "AGRICULTURAL
SERVICES ENTERPRISE FUND"
WEIGREAS, the Agriculture Department of the County of Butte purchases
chemicals and supplies for preparation of rodenticides; and
WHEREAS, these rodenticides are sold to the public at cost by the
Agricultural Commissioner; and
j~IEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte that the services provided to the public through the purchase,
preparation and sale of rodenticides by the Agricultural Commissioner be
handled through a special and separate fund; and
1~fiE ~' ,Government Code Section 25261 grants authority to the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to establish
such a fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. There shall be established in the County of Butte a fund to be
imown as "Agricultural Services Enterprise Funds' and
2. For the purpose of fixing charges for the enterprise the sales of
rodenticides will be made to the public at cost, including materials
and labor, and labor related overheads.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California on this 22nd day of December, 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
