BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORN?A
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IN FULL APFORTIOI~TT TO COUNTY OF BUTTE OF
FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY .AND SPATE HIGHf~TAY MATCHING FUNDS
WiiEREAS, the Department of Public Works, of the State of California,
has notified the County of Butte that under the California Secondary Higk-wa~r Act
of 1951, as amended, the following funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966,
are apportioned to Butte County:
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds $19,331
State highway Matchirig_Funds - $100,000
and
WI~REAS, the County of Butte desires to accept and match said funds,
NOW, THEEiEF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY:fiHE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California, as follows:
1. That Counter wishes to claim and utilize the entire amount of
Federal-Aid Secondary Funds apportioned to .County, to wit, the sum of $7.1+9,331
and the entire amount of State Highway Matching Funds apportioned to said County,
to wit,. the sum of $100,000;
2. That County hereby agrees to protrlde matching funds therefor as
may be necessary and required to complete the financing of Countyts F.A.S.
projects;
3. That this Resolution is made in compliance with Section 22ll of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of Ca7ifornia~ and the Clerk of this Board
is authorized to forward two certified copies hereof to the District Engineer of
the Department of Public. Works of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTER by th"e::Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 29th
day of December , 1g64, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman McKillop
