ORDINANCE NO, 612
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 625 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE S$LARY ORDINANCE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR• 1958-1,959.
The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, do ordain as follows:
1, That Ordinance No. 625 of the County of Butte is hereby amended as
f O110W S:
(a) That Section 9, Auditor-Controller is amended to change the
number of positions f~ -Associate Examiner from 2 to 3, and to change the
total number of positions in said Section 9 from 20 to 2l,
2, This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its
adoption and before the expiration bf fifteen (15) days after its passage and
adoption shall be published once in the Oroville Mercury , a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, together with
the names of the members voting for and against said Ordinance,
ADOPTED AND PASSED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNT
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNTA, at a regular meeting thereof on the 23rd
day of March, 1959, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Huggins aril Chairman Kepple
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Pryde
