AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCES NOS. 4.75 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,. under and pursuant to Ordinance No. l+`75 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended by
Ordinance No. 522, do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinbelbw described area, situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an
nA-3" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specim

section with the east-west half section line of Section 35; thence
northerly along said half section line to its intersection with the 1
quarter corner common to Sections 26 and 35; thence westerly along
section line to the southwest corner of Section 26; thence northerly
along section line to quarter corner common to Sections 26 and 27; ~
thence easterly along the half section line to quarter corner common ~°
to Section 25 of said township and Section 30 of T. 19 N. R. 5E; '~,
thence southerly along range line to the point of beginning. Said
area also includes that certain property owned by Robert Glen Taff

SECTION 20 Subject only to the eacceptions provided in Sec~Lion 39
the District in its entirety shall be sub~eet to-the following rem
strictions, restricted uses and regulations:
A, Single family dwellings and buildings incidental theretoo
Same uses as "AmR" District. General farming, horticulture, dairying,
commercial livestock, pnultrp production, warehouse and storage of
agricultural products. The above uses shall be permitted and are
authorized without issuance of a use. permit.
(1). Minimum lot area required shall be five (5) acreso
B. These land uses shall be permitted upon the issuance of a
use permit in each case:
{1). Duplexes and multifamily.dwelling units.
(2). Golf courses and country clubs.
(3}, Public and quasi public uses, including churches,
fire houses, hospitals, parks .and playgrounds,
schools, and public utility buildings and
professional buildings,
(4.}. All uses for which a Use Permit is required in an
"A-2" District.
SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the securing of a
use permit in each case:
A. "C-2" or General Commercial may be permitted for property
having frontage on the Lower Wyandotte Road at the interm
section of District Center Drive and within a radius of
five hundred (500) feet from said intersections
SECTION 4.. All uses of land within the District not specifically
authorized. and permitted under Sections 2 and 3 are prohibited.

SECTION 5, Penalties for anq violation of the zoning hereby imposed
within-the District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Or-
dinance. In compliance with the provisions of the Zoning Enabling
Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date
become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 6. This..~rdinance sha11 be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and-after thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage, and .before the expiration .of fifteen (T~) days
after its passage, this_Ordinance shall be publishelt,once with_the
names of-the members voting for and against it, in the
